For some reason this re-imagining of the interstate highway system just appeals to me on so many levels. I think it’s the density of information in one picture, clearly presented, uncluttered and easy to understand.

This is so rad, I love Google. Google SketchUp is a free application for download, which allows you to create 3-D models of probably anything. I haven’t tried to do anything serious with it yet, but I will soon do a layout of our condo, and then maybe a layout of a house idea I have.
Admit it to yourself, this is as exciting to you as it is to me, since now, finally you have no excuse to procrastinate doing 3-D models of whatever it is that’s rolling around in your head.
