Actually the phrase might sound a little negative in the sense that kids develop at their own pace, so he isn’t figuratively dragging his feet, but literally, yes. Here’s a video of our littlest cutie making his first motions towards crawling.
The video is without sound, so don’t think your audio is broken. I haven’t hooked up speakers so there was no way for me to monitor what was being said and whether it was in, or out. On second thought, I hope someone will tell me if the sound did get through, because I also didn’t check. I could check, but I’m just too darn lazy.
